I have no idea when I’ll be opening again, so please don’t ask about it, you will not receive a proper response. I do not do pings either, thank you.
Before looking to commission, make sure you have read and understand my terms of service.
By commissioning me, you automatically agree to any and all terms outlined in it.

Prices
Prices are in USD (PayPal). As outlined in my Terms of Service, the payment I receive must exactly be those outlined here, regardless of conversion or general PayPal transaction fees. I ask that I am not tipped or given anything beyond the final price given.These are standard prices. Depending on the complexity of the desired commission/the character to be drawn, I may adjust the price to accommodate for the time spent working on it.
Busts

Full bodies

I do not generally do proper references … for the sake of my commissions, they are considered a full body drawing with additional information, see the provided examples, and thus are priced the same.
Customs
A design made by myself based on conditions/themes/ideas given by the commissioner.
$130-$200 standard full body custom
-this includes standard Soleiwing customs.
For BUST customs i will charge $80-$100 depending on what is desired. It includes a wing design (expect a format like the example given).
These are typically simple full bodies. I will typically not include other characteristics like pets or accessories without charging extra.
Please do not be vague about details: Include things like desired colors, physique/species, patterning ideas, and feel free to include images or moodboards (these are not a requirement but simply advice- if a concept is too vague or extremely detailed, it’s likely I will not accept). Alternatively, the commissioner may describe things they do not want to see on the design… anything helps!Note that I will NOT do customs with a “strict and or limited” palette that I have to follow. Being inspired by one is fine, but I will not do anything that involves strictly adhering to a palette. For example, providing me with an image of a sunset with colors you like/want me to use, or telling me to use certain teals/blues is more than FINE! It is just these kinds of palettes (examples provided below) that I will not use!
(it’s not the palettes themselves inherently that are the issue), I don’t work well being limited to a mere handful of colors ^^’ and I hate doing it, so unfortunately I will not work with them unless I’m allowed to color beyond the palette!
Scenes
A drawing of a background with the character in it. Based on things the commissioner wants. The focus is moreso on the background rather than the character.
$200 - $300 depending on what’s wanted.
PWYW
Pay what you want! I will draw according to price C: (so one will not be getting a full body when amount paid is less than full body commission price, for example.)
This also means that PWYW comms can be more experimental or lower effort, depending on how much is paid.
I do not offer customs for this, unfortunately.

Terms of Service
A set of nonnegotiable terms you must abide to while using my work. By requesting a piece of mine, whether via commission or adopt, or coming into possession of my work, you agree to these terms, regardless of whether you have read these or not.
A vow, an oath, a pact. As all things bind and unwind, this will remain forever true.

Payment and means of completion
I specifically take commissions with payments through PayPal. What I receive should be the exact outlined price, regardless of PayPal fees and or conversion rates.Occasionally, the terms of payment will be different (such as a voucher/ buying something on my behalf) , but all in all, I require full payment upfront for all commissions. In the instance there is a payment plan agreed upon for my adopts, I require 50% of the full amount beforehand and the rest should be paid in the course of a month, or a similarly timely manner.I, the artist, reserve the right to refuse any and all inquiries for a commission/paid work. I am under no obligation to take on any work I feel uncomfortable or unwilling to do.
The commissioner is able to request to cancel a commission, and this will result in a full refund.
this only applies if I have not started on the commission. Once it has been started, I will not issue any reimbursement.
Likewise, I am also able to cancel any commission I want at Any given time, regardless of progress made on it. This will result in a full refund to the commissioner.
Section Ⅱ
Usage rights
When in possession of my artwork, it remains solely for personal use only. Commissioning artwork or purchasing a design from me, is again, just for personal use.
This means the client does not have the right to profit off of my artwork, meaning they may not sell my art, be it as physical merchandise or online distribution. Any usage must remain non-profit.
As such, permissible usage includes displaying or “using” the artwork on the client’s online profiles / character storage sites such as toyhou.se. I do ask that credit is given to me in an easily accessible manner wherever it may be displayed- this could be including my username or handle in a profile bio or in the specific sections for credit on Th, for example. The commissioner is able to make physical copies of my art as well, like in a charm or a print, but this must remain, again, only for personal use. You are not able to further sell individual physical units of my artwork.
The commissioner is not allowed to use my art in any 18+ / similarly NSFW contexts.
The commissioner is not allowed to use my art in ANY kind of AI generation. I do not allow any of my work, personal or paid work, to be fed into any AI or LLM generative program for any purpose. Similarly, usage of my work as a NFT [non-fungible token] or applying onto any blockchain is prohibited. The commissioner may not charge a fee to view or “obtain” my artwork.The client is not allowed to drastically alter any of my artwork without my prior knowledge AND permission. I reserve the right to refuse any requests for them to alter my artwork. The Client may also not remove my signature from any artwork.
They also may not claim any of my work as their own or as the work of another. All of my artwork’s credit must be attributed to me.
If I am commissioned for a design, these terms also apply. The commissioner may otherwise use the design how they wish: drawing further pieces, altering / updating the design (in a different piece), commissioning artwork of it, so on so forth.When looking selling a design of mine, sell ONLY according to the value of what you had obtained it for and or the value of additional commissioned art (if applicable). You cannot sell designs of mine that had been gifted/traded to you and you have not spent any money on. For example, if one commissions a design for $100 and does not buy any further work of it, one is only able to sell the design for $100. If one decided to trade the design to user x, the value would be rendered null, and user x would only be able to trade or gift the design from then on. If/ when user x purchases something of the design, such as commissioned artwork, it is only then that they may sell the design for whatever total cost the commission may have been.
Additionally, all my designs have a 7 day cooldown (unless soleiwings, or some kind of other closed species that has a longer cooldown… you will need to follow the species cooldown). You may not entertain offers on or try to sell or trade the design within a week of obtaining it. It is only on the eighth day this is permissible.I reserve the rights to any paid work / commission as my own artwork. Thusly, I am able to post it on any of my online profiles and or use it in my portfolios / examples of my works.

Conduct and contact
i will not offer any commissions or artwork to so-called “proshippers”. Do not interact under any circumstance. As such, requesting any artwork from me that may align with proshippers and their beliefs or engaging in content associated with proshippers will result in an immediate blacklist. Do not get NSFW of my [feral] designs either.The commissioner may not use my artwork in a context meant to be offensive or inappropriate toward a certain group of people. I will refuse any inquiries that may align with this as well.You may not distribute (sell, trade, gift) one of my designs to a blacklisted user, nor purchase art from me on their behalf.I expect contact to be readily available. A means of communication must be provided in any commission inquiries.
I can be accessed through any of my provided social media.The general turn around time for my commissions is two months MAXIMUM. I generally will take sometime in the two weeks after full payment is received to fully complete a commission. This does not inherently mean I start it immediately in the days following payment, as I tend to work on things at once and simply have not gotten to it yet: it is at any point in the first two weeks I will usually start on a commission. Though, of course, I am a full-time student and sometimes I will get a bit too busy to start on it at all. I do expect some degree of patience- again, a commission can be completed from anywhere between two weeks and two months.I typically do not send wips besides lineart, if even that. The commissioner must actively request to see wips, otherwise it will be seen as consenting to only receiving lineart updates. The commissioner may change their decision- and ask for a wip or progress update- at any point during the commission.
Upon receiving a commission or commission wip, the client may ask for edits. Assuming wips / lineart is provided, A finished piece may not have very drastic edits, and they must remain on the smaller side. Wips may have virtually any amount of edits to them. Requests need only be made known and I will get to them.Once a piece is completed and any and all edits are fulfilled, I will send a PNG file typically over discord. Upon request, I will happily send it via email!

Further clarifications
In this document, the terms “client”, “commissioner” and “you” are used interchangeably, and refer to any general individual who is inquiring for or in possession of an artwork or design of mine.Again, my art is specifically for personal use. At this time, I do not offer any ability to purchase commercial rights to a piece of mine.
Again, any use of my art in NFT or [generative or otherwise] AI uses is strictly prohibited and beyond the outlined rights of the client. Do not feed my artwork into any sort of genAI program or try to mint anything with it. Thank you.I do not allow my personal artwork to be posted to any other platforms / by other accounts that are not me, even with credit. Only I can post my art. Exceptions are outlined in Section II, and this is only provided when one is a client / has some of the rights to my artwork.I am free to amend or alter these terms as I see fit, or as I need to.
